Weddings & Special Occasions
Prices start from £250.00 and hire packages are tailored to suit your individual requirements and budget and include:

• Dressed ice cream van with wedding ribbon for a duration of 1.5 hours.
• Uniformed staff.
• A FREE ice cream for each of your guests.
• Bride and Groom photographs inside and outside the van.
• Design your own ice cream.
• Bride and Groom learn to pull your own whippy ice cream.

Birthday Parties
Prices start from £100.00 and include:

• Van attendance for a duration of 1 hour.
• Uniformed staff.
• A FREE ice cream for each of the guests.
• Birthday card and balloon for Birthday child.
• Birthday child can learn to pull their 1st whippy ice cream.

School Fetes & Fundraisers
There is NO COST for Franco’s ice cream van to attend any School Fetes or Fundraising Events. We make a donation to help you achieve your target! We can also bring along our manned Slush machines to help bring that extra WOW factor to your event.

Corporate Events
Please contact us for more information and prices so we can tailor our services to your corporate event.

Payment
A £50.00 non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking to secure your date and the outstanding balance is due 3 weeks prior to your event.

Travel Fees
For services provided within a 25 mile radius of Bexleyheath, Kent (DA7) travel fees are included in the hire cost. For events outside this area there may be an additional travel fee of 30p per mile.

Cancellation Charges
Should you have to cancel your booking the following charges will apply:

• Within 4 weeks of the event - 50% of total cost.
• Within 2 weeks of the event - 100% of the total cost.

Parking Arrangements
A safe, hard standing, off road parking space must be provided. If we deem the parking space unsuitable or unsafe we may not be able to offer our services and no refunds will be payable. If you are in any doubt about the suitability of the parking space then please contact us.

Safety Information
Please be advised that some ice creams may contain or have traces of nuts, they may also have been in contact with products containing nuts. Franco’s also carry chopped nuts on board for ice cream toppings and cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from any food allergies.

Customers should ensure that young children are supervised at the van at all times.
